This Privacy Policy describes how Zeye (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the Zeye mobile application (the “App”). We design Zeye so your creative work stays on your device unless you choose to export or share it. Please read this policy carefully.
Information we collect
Content you provide. When you import photos or create projects, that content is processed and stored locally on your device as part of normal App functionality.
Purchases. If you buy virtual currency or other in-app products, Apple processes payment information. We do not receive your full payment card details.
Diagnostics and usage. We may receive limited technical or diagnostic information through Apple’s platforms (for example, crash reports if you opt in) to keep the App reliable and secure.
Tracking. Where required, the App may request permission to use tracking technologies in line with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework. We only use such data as permitted by your choices and applicable law.
How we use information
- To provide editing, saving, export, and in-app purchase features.
- To maintain security, fix bugs, and improve performance.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Local storage and your control
Your projects and related files are stored on your device unless you export them to Photos, share them, or use another system feature that sends data outside the App. You can remove local data by deleting works within the App or uninstalling the App, subject to how your device manages app data.
Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating the App (for example, payment processing through Apple), when required by law, or to protect our rights and users’ safety.
Children’s privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
International users
If you use the App from outside your home jurisdiction, your information may be processed in countries where we or our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards.
Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Much of your creative content remains under your control on your device.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, or to object to or port data. To exercise these rights, contact us using the email below. You may also adjust permissions in your device settings.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date or notify you as required by law. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
